Welcome to In The Pink Candles. We are a family run business based in Lincoln, we have been established since 2004. We take great pride in our work and enjoy receiving the great feedback we get from our customers.
We do many candles for all sorts of occasions. From weddings, christenings, and baptisms, to angel & baby loss and rememberance candles for your lost loved ones.

Is shopping with you secure?
Yes it certainly is. We take online security seriously, and our checkout will be 100% secure while making a payment to us. We also never store any of your card details (infact, we never even see them), these are only seen by our payment processor when placing an order.
The only thing we keep a record of is your order and your name and address, and these details are never shared with any third parties.
How can I place an order with you?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and these can be used through our payment processor PayPal. You DO NOT need to have an account with PayPal to make a payment to us, and you will not be asked to sign up for one either, this is purely our choice of payment processor.
Simply add an item to your shopping bag, select a delivery method from the dropdown list, and then select your choice of order processing (more details here). Then click 'Checkout Securely' to pay for your order.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us.
What is meant by Order Processing?
Order processing means the time taken to personalise your candles. Obviously this process can take time, and orders are dealt with on a first come first served basis, unless you are paying the extra for our Priority Order Processing, in which case your order is processed as a priority and will be delivered more quickly. Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to take payments over the telephone, although we are more than happy to help you with the checkout stage if you'd like us to. Just give us a call.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes we do. We deliver to most European countries and to the United States. Please see our dropdown list when selecting your destination to make sure your country is on the list as somewhere we deliver to.
I would like to exchange or refund my order. How can I do this?

Do you have a newsletter I can subscribe to?
Yes we do. Simply fill in your email address in the area located in the left side of our site (under 'Free Newsletter') and click the subscribe button. Then all you need to do is follow the confirmation email we'll send you and you'll be added to our list.
