Order Processing
Each and every order placed with us comes with Free Economy Order Processing. Order processing is the time in which your order is personalised and processed before dispatch, and typically this can take a while. Our economy time is 14-21 days, but if you'd like or need to have your order processed quicker than this we do have a couple of further options for you.
Standard Order Processing - 7-10 days - £5.95
Priority Order Processing - 2-3 days - £17.95
If you choose one of these extra options at the checkout stage then we will pass your order over to our fast processing team. Please note, personalising your candles takes time and care, and for this reason we need to inform you of the estimated time this can take.
Returns & Exchanges
All orders are guaranteed to be 100% free of defects in workmanship and materials, however you may return the order for a full refund by following our returns policy below.
We are happy to refund any returned non-personalised items for a period of up to 14 days after the order date. Unfortunately, personalised items can only be returned for a refund if there is a fault with the item or due to an error caused by In The Pink Candles Ltd.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and any shortages or defects or problems with the order must be notified to In The Pink Candles Ltd within 10 days. In the event of an error on the part of In The Pink Candles Ltd we are happy to exchange the order without charge and refund any return postage costs involved in the return of the order. In circumstances where we are not at fault for a return, no returned goods will be accepted without prior authorisation from In The Pink Candles Ltd.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
